This has been the best World Series in years. As a baseball purist, I love the fact that the biggest moments have been in an NL park, which keeps the DH out of the equation and gives us PURE baseball. Game 6 last night was the best baseball game I have watched in my life, and tonight has been amazing as well in Game 7 as the Cardinals inch towards their 10th World Series title in their amazing history.
I am cheering for St. Louis because I believe they have the best fans in baseball. No offense to Philly, whose fans have really turned it up a notch over the Phillies big run of the past 5 years, but Cardinals fans are always there. Selling out the stadium, supporting their team. Nothing against the Texas Rangers - I love Josh Hamilton for what he represents and Nolan Ryan is a true legend - but this series needs to go to the underdog Cardinals.
If you aren't tuned into Fox right now watching Game 7 of the World Series, what else could you possibly be doing? Tune in, and watch some history.
